At Lancaster Massage Therapy, we provide massage services such as relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, thermal palms, bamboo fusion, and pregnancy massage.

What is Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.

It is especially helpful for chronic pain and contracted areas such as: your neck and lower back, postural problems, limited mobility, repetitive strain injury such as carpal tunnel, sciatica, piriformis syndrome and fibromyalgia.

Some of the techniques are similar to Swedish Massage but the movement is slower and pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.
