REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

All work created by Evolving Media & Design Inc. is custom and produced specifically for each client. Because of the nature of creative and professional services, we maintain the following policy:
Deposits and Payments
- A deposit is required to begin any project.
- Once work has started, all deposits are non-refundable.
- Payments made for completed work or delivered files are also non-refundable.
Cancellations
- If you cancel a project before work begins, we will refund any deposit less a modest administration fee (details are listed in the specific service agreement).
- If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit is retained and you remain responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any expenses already incurred.
Artwork and Samples
- All artwork, concepts, drafts, samples, and final files remain the intellectual property of Evolving Media & Design Inc. until full payment is received and usage rights are granted.
- Any samples or preliminary artwork delivered by email or shared for review must be permanently deleted if the project is cancelled or if you choose not to proceed.
- You may not use, share, or retain any unfinished or rejected concepts.
Specific Service Agreements
Detailed cancellation terms, notice periods, and fees for Photography, Website Design, Graphic Design, Hosting, Flying Camera, and other services are set out in the individual service agreements you sign before work begins. Those agreements take precedence for the specific service.
