Most photography projects are edited and delivered within 48 hours. Commercial shoots, drone work, and 360° tours are typically ready in 3–5 business days. Rush service is available when you need it.
Yes. I cover the Ottawa–Eastern Ontario region at no extra travel cost. I also regularly travel to Montreal, Laval, Toronto, Quebec City, Montebello, and other locations. I always quote any travel fees up front.
I handle everything personally, Jeff Poissant, RGD. There are no juniors or subcontractors — you work directly with the same person who shoots and edits your images.
Yes. You receive usage rights for your marketing, website, social media, and other business uses. We can arrange extended or exclusive licensing if needed.
The easiest way is through the Client Care Portal or by requesting an estimate. You can also call 613-482-1159 or email thestudio@evolvingmedia.com. Once we confirm the details, a deposit and signed agreement secure the date.
Yes. I offer editing-only services for existing photos. Send me a few samples, and I’ll provide a clear quote.
I use a professional micro drone to capture high-quality aerial stills and up to 8K video. It’s ideal for real estate, commercial properties, construction, events, and marketing visuals that need an elevated perspective. All flights follow Canadian drone regulations, and I personally handle planning, shooting, and editing. Aerial packages can be booked separately or added to a standard photography session.

I price most projects as a fixed block of work rather than hourly. When required, the rate is $85 per hour.
