We collaborated on the initial design and development of their professional website, tailoring it to showcase their smart security packages, customer testimonials, and their Alarm.com dealership. Over the years, I’ve provided ongoing updates, maintenance, and reliable Canadian hosting to ensure seamless performance and security.
As technology evolved, so did the site: In 2014, we embraced a mobility-first philosophy and redesigned the website with new features for modern users. In 2017, we added the CSI Journal—a dedicated section to position Carl as the go-to expert in residential and commercial security alarm systems and video surveillance. Then, in 2020, amid the pandemic, I further enhanced both the website and the CSI Journal, improving article discoverability and the overall user experience.
