Health Canada – Laboratory Biosafety Guidelines, 3rd Edition

Trilingual Book Cover Series (2004)
In 2004, Health Canada entrusted Evolving Media & Design with creating a distinctive, authoritative wrap-around cover for the landmark Laboratory Biosafety Guidelines, 3rd Edition. The publication needed to project scientific credibility and visual clarity in both official languages (English and French), and later in Russian for international distribution to laboratories worldwide. The design had to balance the seriousness of biosafety containment with a clean, modern aesthetic that would remain timeless across cultures and languages.

The resulting covers have accompanied thousands of copies distributed to containment laboratories around the globe, becoming the recognizable face of Canada’s biosafety standards for nearly two decades.
