If you intend to have people within your campaign, whether in print, Social Media, or the Internet. Each person who is visible, whether in a photograph or a video, must have a Model Release Form signed. A copy of this model release form is to be submitted to legal@evolvingmedia.com. A second copy is to be given to the model themselves, a third copy is to be retained for your records. If a person does not want to sign a model release form, they can not be used within the campaign, regardless if they are an employee at the time. In some cases a business refuses to pay for the added security of having a NUANS search. In such a case we require the client to sign a Refuse Trademark Search Form.
